These are the terms to my commissions, by commissioning me over paypal, venmo, or ko-fi, you comply with these terms. if there is any confusion or issue then please speak to me directly.

1. POSTING: You are allowed to post the art piece you commissioned online and on social media as long as you include a link or @ to my account. With your consent, I may post the piece to my accounts over Tumblr, Twitter, and Furaffinity. I will include a link or @ to your account. Or, if you prefer, it can remain anonymous.

2. USE: Commissions grant you PERSONAL USE of my art. Commercial use of my art without my knowledge or consent will result in being reported and banned from all my future commissions. This includes digital files, prints, advertisements, and NFTs.

3. RESALE: Reselling my art is only allowed in the case of a character adoption. Do not sell my characters at a higher price than you paid for unless you are including additional content with purchase.

4. PAYMENT: Payment will either be half upfront and half afterward or full payment upfront. Current payment methods are PayPal, Venmo and Ko-fi.

5. PATREON: Commissions may be posted to my social media accounts or Patreon - finished commission posts will include a link or plug to your account, WIPs posts will not. Finished commission posts on Patreon will be public, WIPs posts will not.

6. VIDEOS: Commissions may be used to create Speedpaints and uploaded to my youtube account or Patreon. Video files of my processes are not guaranteed and will not be provided unless asked.

7. REVISIONS: revisions will be provided after each step in the commission process: Sketch, Line, Color, Shading, Painting. Changes beyond that will cost additionally according to size of alterations.

8. EXAMPLES: Finished commissions may be used in the future as example pieces for other clients, if you would not like that then please clarify beforehand.

9. WAIT TIME: depending on the complexity of the commission and my current work load, you may be added to my commission queue, you do not have to pay while waiting in the queue and I will contact you when ready. If you choose to pay while waiting in the queue this will put you higher in the queue.

10. REFUSAL: I have the ability to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable or is outside of my current ability - if you have already sent payment then you will get a full refund.
